Mar 2025 to now · Remote- Led the Scheduling v2 rewrite and built it alongside the clinic, embedded on-site with front desk staff. Co-designed in live workflows, iterated on real friction as it surfaced, and turned field feedback into a prioritized roadmap for product and engineering.
- Built the TipTap-based charting editor clinicians use to write, review, and print notes, including AI-generated drafts rendered from LLM markdown and real-time assessment suggestions that a clinician accepts or rejects.
- Ran evals on generated note summaries and assessment suggestions to check accuracy and consistency.
- Built an on-call tool that takes an incident, pulls from PagerDuty, Sentry, Datadog, LogRocket, and Kubernetes logs, and suggests a likely root cause. It only names a cause when its confidence clears a threshold, and patient data never shows up in its output.
- Started our front-end review standards from Vercel's Next.js guidelines and other published sources, then kept adding the React and Next.js patterns that proved out. Automated code reviews run them against the org's front-end repos.
- Built a shared component library on shadcn/ui and a patient-referencing dashboard.
- Day to day: PostgreSQL queries, GraphQL APIs, and debugging in Kubernetes with k9s.
